Hiber is building a social platform for Gen Z to communicate and express themselves through games. We're bringing together the best of social media and interactive entertainment, enabling this generation of 2.4 billion to use games as a new medium for self-expression. Our platform is available on the web as well as through native apps on iOS and Android. We are growing and looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. 

Tasks include (but are not limited to):

  • Own and lead quality assurance efforts
  • Manage Alpha and Beta testing programs
  • Identify and recommend test protocols, target test devices and environments
  • Perform testing on recommended devices and emulators
  • Coach developers in quality ownership through manual and automated testing
  • Design and implement a strategy for test automation, unit testing, device testing and acceptance testing
  • Lead the work performed by internal testing resources
  • Work closely together with the teams, having daily syncs and manage workload handoffs


  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • 4+ years of experience with QA and test for iOS, Android and Web applications
  • Experience with game development testing is merited
  • Familiar with test management tools and/or software development processes  
  • Experience with leading test initiatives and mentoring more junior test resources
  • Experience with forming strategies for automation of tests, unit testing, device testing and acceptance testing
  • Relevant IT education
